We liked the Church Farm campsite, the location was excellent, the disadvantages are that it’s a little expensive and there are no toilet or shower facilities so you must be self contained. There is water on each pitch and black waste drop off points. 

Aldeburgh is within easy walking distance and Thorpeness, there is a nice lake and a couple of good pubs around.
